Our organization takes great pride in the progress we’ve made in enhancing the quality of life and overcoming barriers to homeownership. Since our inception in 1977, Near North Development Corporation has been dedicated to fostering sustainable, vibrant neighborhoods through strategic initiatives in housing, business, and community development.
As we implement our new strategic plan, we are grateful for the ongoing support of our dedicated board members. Together, we are excited about the future as we work to rebuild Near North Development Corporation and bring meaningful change to our community.
Geographically, NNDC serves the area bound by 38th Street (North), 10th Street (South), Meridian Street (East), and I-65 (West).
